Shipping and Delivery
COVID-19 Update - 1/7/2020
Please note that there are delays in delivery times due to COVID-19. Most orders will be sent out within a day but your parcel may take longer then usual to get to you, especially to WA, NT, certain areas of QLD and remote rural areas.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia for a flat rate of $15 (inclusive of GST) to Australian addresses only.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we supply to Australian addresses only.
When I log into my account, my order says ‘shipment is confirmed’. What does this mean?
This means we’re busy packaging your order and preparing it for dispatch.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, it should be processed the following business day.
What if I want to order an out of stock item?
We strive to keep all products in stock but there will be occasions where products may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, an out of stock message will show on the website, however you are able to still place an order if you wish. You will be kept updated as to when the stock comes in and as to when your order will be dispatched.
My order is ‘complete’ when I log into my account, but I still haven’t received my parcel. Why?
Delivery can vary depending on where you are located. If over a week has passed with no delivery, please contact us so we can look into where your order has got to!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, a tracking number will be added to your details. You can view your order via the link in the email you will receive. Once you know your tracking number, you can also use the Track Your Order link on the home page.
Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?
Yes….we usually use a courier service so someone will need to be home to sign for your parcel. We’d recommend selecting a business address to make sure someone is available.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please call us on 1300 36 8 36 or email us at email@example.com with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
